1. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. All orders are sent via tracked premium couriers to ensure safety and speed.

2. Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

To ensure transparency, our delivery times are divided into two parts:

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time.

Handling Time (Processing): 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Transit Time (Shipping): 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP)

We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price. All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are pre-paid by Kovancy. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package is significantly delayed, please contact our support team at support@kovancy.com within 48 hours.
